Food & produce by Harvest.

Renowned for its focus on quality produce and experiential dining, Northern NSW’s famous Harvest Newrybar by the Harvest Group will be bringing its love of wholesome food to Wisemans Surf Lodge. Known for their focus on sustainability with edible gardens, seasonal menus, and wild food foraging to hero native ingredients, the Harvest ethos aligned perfectly with Wisemans Surf Lodge.

The Hawkesbury region is one of Sydney’s best kept secrets, with its vast greenery and open fields surrounded by national park – it's reminiscent of the Byron Hinterland, home of the original Harvest location. This region, known for its local growers, has been fuelling the Hawkesbury and Greater Sydney with high quality produce for centuries.

In creating Wisemans Surf Lodge, we wanted to create a sustainable space that celebrates the region and its sense of community, inclusive of its neighbouring vineyards, distilleries, stone fruit and citrus orchards and Alpaca farms, so we’re excited to have Harvest on board to help us bring this vision to life.

The Harvest offering will be open to the public, enticing Sydneysiders from the concrete jungles into the forgotten food bowl for a foodie's dream dining experience.
